Your total price will depend on 3 simple factors:
A) DURATION OF THE EVENT
B) EQUIPMENT NEEDED
C) LOCATION OF THE VENUE
A) DURATION OF THE EVENT:
My pricing includes up to 6 hours of music and MC services. If you will need me to provide music or sound reinforcement for the ceremony, remember to factor that time in.
Every additional hour after 6 will be charged at a rate of 150 dollars per hour.
B) EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
Your price will depend on the amount of setups I need to bring (read about that by clicking here) and the amount of guests. The first setup location with 2 speakers is included in the total price; however, many times the ceremony is held in a different location from the reception. On these occasions, I will bring a secondary sound setup which includes a mixer, a wireless microphone and a speaker. This way you can walk down the aisle to your favorite song and your guests can easily appreciate the ceremony. I will start the music 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, free of charge, so that your guests can find their seats.
Your pricing will also depend on if you need me to provide a sound setup for the cocktail hour. If it is held in a different location from the reception and ceremony I will bring another sound setup so that as soon as the ceremony is over, the guests can walk over to the cocktail hour and then the reception location without an interruption in music.
My speakers are adequate for up to 200 guests. If you are planning on having more than 200 guests, I will need to bring more speakers so that they can enjoy the music throughout the event. The charge will be an additional $150 for up to 300 guests.
I can bring up to 30 LED lights to every wedding. These lights provide ambiance for the dance-floor or can be used as uplights for the venue. They can be programmed to match almost any color you want or to blink along with the music. 4 lights are included in every package and it also brings an additional laser effects light like you see at nightclubs. If you want more lights to use as uplighting add $25 per light needed.
C) LOCATION OF THE EVENT
If the venue is located more than 30 minutes away from 80015, there will be a mileage fee. Some locations will require lodging accommodations.
EXAMPLES OF PRICES
A) Mati and David live in Denver. The cocktail hour and reception are in the same location of the venue. They don’t need a DJ for the ceremony because it will be held at a church. They have a total of 175 guests. Total Price = $1625 B) Nanci and James live in Greeley. They will have 300 guests, and they will need 3 setups for the ceremony, cocktail and reception. The total time needed will be 7 hours since the ceremony starts at 4pm. They also want a total of 8 uplights. Total price= $2250 |
