DJ Lalo Flores had the honor of performing at this wedding that took place at Club Tico in Fort Collins Colorado.
The bride and groom were looking for a bilingual dj that could make announcements and make sure the time-line of events flowed smoothly. DJ Lalo Flores met with the couple before hand at a Starbucks in Denver to make sure he understood the vision for the big day. The bride selected 'I DO' by Jessie James Decker to walk down the aisle for her processional. The groom had a very specific taste in latin music in Spanish, on the other hand the bride was more into top 40 and country music. DJ Lalo Flores was able to read the crowd and kept the dance floor packed all night. The guests requested cumbias sonideras, merengues, bachatas, norteñas and zapateados. Lalo Flores was assisted that night by his wife who played the role of day of coordinator and made sure all the events flowed smoothly. She lined up the bridal party for the ceremony, and made sure the officiants microphone was sounding good. She even helped pour some champagne for the toast and serve the cake for the guests. DJ Lalo's bilingual skills came in handy as he was able to MC (emcee) and make all the announcements in English and Spanish.
